Delight in the simple and rustic traditional Alpine style, with lots of wood and particular care for details, while every window ensures stunning views over the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites, including Sassongher, the Sella Group, Sasso di Santa Croce and Lavarella. Here you will find everything to fully enjoy your holiday in Alta Badia: private parking, ski room, WI-FI, washing machine for shared use, garden with barbecue and children's playground with slide, swing, sandbox and trampoline. Bed linen and towels are provided and get changed weekly. Upon request, we can provide fresh bread and our farm milk for breakfast.

Terms and conditions

The prices include: heating, water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels with weekly change, final cleaning, outdoor private parking, ski room, WI-FI connection, washing machine for shared use. Upon request, we can provide the delivery of fresh bread and our farm milk for breakfast.

To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person (over 14 years old) per day till 01 January 2018 and EUR 1.40 per person (over 14 years old) per day after 01 January 2018.

Prices for children:
  • From 0 to 2 years, free of charge
  • From 2 to 5 years, 10 Euro
  • From 5 to 14 years, 15 Euro
During the main tourist season the apartments are rented only for the whole week, from Saturday till Saturday.

All apartments are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9 a.m. on the day of departure. Please inform us in advance if you plan to check in after 9 p.m.

In case of late arrival, early departure or lower number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed. In case of higher number of guests and subsequent use of additional beds, a supplement will be applied.

The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

To settle the final bill you can use cash (up to EUR 1000), bank transfer and bank cheques. Credit and debit cards are not accepted.

For hygiene reasons pets are not accepted. Thank you for understanding.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and in the common areas.

Exciting summer and winter activities in the Dolomites

In summer, Alta Badia is a true gem for curious travellers, eager for exploration... risking to lose track of time and abandon themselves to hiking in the Dolomites, cycling across the most spectacular Alpine passes, mountain biking and rock climbing in the Italian Alps. A real must is a visit to the Nature Park Fanes-Sennes-Prags (Fanes-Senes-Braies), starting right behind Lüch Rinna Farm.

Lots of sports activities and not only are also waiting for you in Alta Badia in winter. Numbers speak for themselves: 130 km of Alpine ski slopes (let alone connections to the other areas of the giant Dolomiti Superski, with Sellaronda and other marvellous ski circuits), 30 km of cross-country ski trails, 80 km of groomed paths for winter walks, a snowpark for passionate freestylers and numerous untouched landscapes for freeride, ski mountaineering and snowshoeing in the Dolomites.

How to reach our apartments in Alta Badia

Location that fascinates at first sight

Sun, peace and a crown of the Dolomites all around. The location of Lüch Rinna Farm, sunny, tranquil and extremely panoramic, fascinates at first sight. Yet, our farm in Alta Badia isn't difficult to reach. It is situated in the locality Suracianins, between La Villa and San Cassiano. To arrive at Lüch Rinna, take a turn next to Garnì Irsara B&B. Then proceed uphill, following the signs towards Suracianins. After about 900 m you will see, on the left side of the road, a billboard indicating the entrance to Lüch Rinna.
